TERMS OF SALE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THE DRYWHEELS PLATFORM. THESE TERMS OF SALE ALSO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

APPLICABILITY

These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) apply when you place an order on the Drywheels website, digital platforms, or through any other service we provide (collectively, the “Platform”).

By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Drywheels (“Drywheels,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time by posting revised versions on our Platform. The Terms of Sale in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.

ELIGIBILITY TO ORDER

  • You must be of legal purchasing age in your country.
  • Orders placed for resale are strictly prohibited. If we suspect resale activity, Drywheels reserves the right to cancel your order, restrict your account, and/or take legal action.

HOW TO ORDER

  • You need a valid email address to place an order.
  • After submitting an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund (if payment was already processed).

OUR RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL ORDERS

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if:

    • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
    • Payment or billing details are invalid or unverifiable.
    • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
    • Delivery cannot be made to the provided address.
    • Pricing, description, or technical errors occurred on the Platform.
    • You are found to be under the legal purchasing age or buying for resale.

    If your order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded.

PRICE & PAYMENT

  • All prices displayed are in the applicable local currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on the country of delivery.
  • Final prices (including shipping, taxes, and fees) will be shown at checkout.
  • Import duties or clearance charges, if applicable in your country, are your responsibility.

Coupons & Promotions:

  • Coupon codes must be applied at checkout.
  • Only one code can be used per order.

Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped only to eligible home or office addresses.
  • Delivery dates may vary depending on your location and shipping option selected.
  • Split deliveries may occur, and you will be notified if this happens.

Inspection on Delivery:

  • Please check your package upon delivery. If damaged, do not accept the shipment and report to our support team within 48 hours.

Damaged or defective items are covered under our limited warranty.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Before Shipment:

    • You may cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet shipped.
    • If shipped, please follow the return process below.

    After Delivery:

    • Defective/Damaged Products: Must be reported within 30 days. If validated, a refund (including shipping) will be issued.
    • Non-Faulty Products: You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow 5–14 working days for processing.

PRE-ORDERS

For pre-ordered products:

  • Payment is charged immediately upon placing the order.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on availability.
  • If delays occur, you will be notified and may choose to cancel for a full refund.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Drywheels is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, transportation failures, pandemics, etc.).

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  • Product images are for illustration only; actual packaging or color may vary.
  • Drywheels does not guarantee that descriptions, specifications, or product details on the Platform are free from error.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company.
  • If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
  • Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

Payment Policy

1. PayPal Express Checkout
2. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
3. Israeli Tax Invoice would be attached and sent with the item.

Legal Disclaimer

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

Basic terms

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Allegro is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem

Rights & restrictions

1. Members must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable right to access that portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase.
3. The portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member as long as the course is maintained by the Company, which will be a minimum of one year after Member’s purchase.
4. The videos in the course are provided as a video stream and are not downloadable.
5. By agreeing to grant such access, the Company does not obligate itself to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its present form.
