Thank you for shopping with Dry Wheels. We are committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly auto care products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged in transit
- Product received is defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Leakage or manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of damage (clear photos/videos) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Used or partially used products
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability
- Orders placed under clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at: care@drywheels.in
- Share:
- Order ID
- Description of issue
- Photos/videos
- Our team will review within 3–5 business days
- If approved, pickup/replacement instructions will be shared
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- COD orders will require bank details for refund processing
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error is from Dry Wheels
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
